Juliana Delaney Juliana
Starting at the sharp end of the business leading the marketing side of the attractions, Juliana has skills which are invaluable in developing, setting up, operating and, most importantly, sustaining successful commercial heritage attractions. From international consultancy through to negotiating funding for multi-million pound projects, Juliana has a depth and breadth of experience which is recognised in the industry. Juliana leads an incredibly focused team ready to expand the business through acquisition, merger or development of fully owned sites.





Andrew Pawson
Andrew
Andrew is the business brains behind the company ensuring that the performance of attractions and the business overall provides the level of return to partners and stakeholders. No commercially operated attraction can perform without a considered business plan and a well-managed budget – Andrew provides much more than this when leading the development of assets and investment decision making. His 20+ years in the business provide a huge asset for partner and stakeholder confidence.






Kevin SmithKev

Kev provides that experienced 'hand on the operational and facility management tiller'. He has operated at the highest level in the industry and he takes full responsibility for the delivery of the visitor attractions in the group. He has led the development of existing visitor offer around the group and has opened a new attraction each year since he joined the group over ten years ago.






Ann Gurnell
Ann
Marketing is led by Ann, whose broad brand, marketing and promotional experience has honed the delivery of marketing across the attractions which we operate.
Ann also leads the resource management side of the business – getting the very, very best out of the people who work with us at Continuum.







Richard Briggs

Richard has had years of experience in the visitor attraction industry and he leads the development of the visitor offer for our business from in-house guest photography to new interpretation and display techniques, Richard ensures the offer is always fresh and new.

Catherine Wallace

Catherine brings the best out of the company’s most important assets – our people. From arranging Disney-style training through to keeping up with vital HR policies and procedures, Catherine has made HR the focus of our business strategy.

Paul, Steve, Emily, Nigel and Michael are amongst the most successful general managers in the business – through their teams they deliver engaging stories and memorable places every day to our guests – who expect no less.
