| Continuum has been appointed to advise Luton Borough Council on the transfer of their Museum Services into a Trust. This will include the creation of a Trust into which the Museum Service will be transferred, preparation of the relevant agreements and transfer documents and the development of a business plan for the new entity. This work will be undertaken in conjunction with Pinsent Masons (solictors), Hilary McGowan (museums and heritage consultant) and HW, Chartered Accountants
